Our class schedule is structured to offer
convenience and variety and fun. We offer 17 classes weekly, 7
days a week, in 5 different formats,
taught by 6
wonderful instructors.
Our class formats include Jazzercise dance aerobics,
circuit training, and body sculpting. You may mix and match days,
times,
formats and
instructors to structure your own best workout schedule. All classes
begin promptly at their scheduled times.
