Tumble Classes:

Beginning Tumbling 1 - is for younger students, divided by skill level, and will focus on basic tumbling technique as well as strength and flexibility. Skills learned can include toe touches, walk-overs, tuck jump, and other basic cheerleading skills.

Advanced Tumbling 2 & 3 - is for older students, also divided by skill level, and will focus on more advanced tumbling technique with strength, conditioning and flexibility. Skills learned can include toe touches, hurkey, handspring, full tuck and other advanced cheerleading skills.

Boys Tumbling - is for boys training any sport, divided by skill level, and will focus on basic tumbling technique as well as core strength and flexibility. Skills learned can help increase all around athletic performance.

One-on-One Tumbling - open to guys and girls, this class is designed for the serious athlete planning on cheering for a high school, college, or All-Star team. We will work on advanced tumbling techniques and the strength and flexibility needed to perform them. This class is customized to each individual and by appointment only, call the gym for details.
